Dear Karolina,

We are pleased to inform you that your art submitted for the SHE IS MORE Youth Art Competition has been selected by our team to be exhibited at the SHE IS MORE Art Exhibition. Although you were not a finalist, your artwork's message touched our committee and we would love to share it with the audience at our Opening Night Celebration on May 9th.

As we endeavor to showcase your artwork in its most presentable manner to our guests, we request that you resubmit a version of your artwork in a higher resolution (picture quality) of at least 3508 x 4961 pixels. This is so that we can either project your artwork on our big screen or print your artwork in A3 size to be framed and displayed at the exhibition. In recapturing a digital copy of your artwork, please make sure the following below (parents, please do help take the lead in this process as needed). 
If taking capturing your image by phone go to the camera settings to select a picture size/resolution of above 3508 x 4961 (if possible, depending on your phone model)
if your phone's camera quality is not high enough, you can use a digital camera which should have higher pixel settings. Go to the settings for resolution/megapixels and select the highest value
If using a scanner to scan your artwork, please make sure the highest resolution is selected
In the event that it is not possible for you to capture the image in the required resolution, we will do our best on our end to digitally enhance the image or present your artwork in a smaller size.

Please send the higher resolution image file to sheismore@iixglobal.com by Monday, April 29th at 12 noon SGT.
